PHYSIX OBSERVATION
Memory capacity is becoming a new competitive dimension for high-end graphics cards. Nvidia discontinuing the 5090 series while adding memory to the 5080 shows that the demand for VRAM from local large-model inference and 4K high-texture gaming has exceeded 16GB. For users, the 24GB version can extend the card's lifespan, but with launch not until 2027, the waiting cost is not low.
