Tesla Robotaxi App Goes Global, Rides Still US-Only in 7 Cities

The app goes overseas but the service does not, and Tesla is locking in international tourists' mindshare ahead of time at extremely low marginal cost to pave the way for future overseas launches. But European regulators have not even finalized rules for supervised FSD, so Robotaxi actually hitting the streets of London and Berlin will likely take quite a while.
