PHYSIX OBSERVATION
Germany's softening is a key turning point for Tesla's entry into Europe, but the rename plus speed cap shows regulators still aren't buying the "full self-driving" rhetoric. If the 10% speed overage cap becomes the EU template, Tesla's speed offset feature could be neutered in Europe, and the user experience will take a hit. Before the December vote, the stances of Sweden and France remain variables.
