PHYSIX OBSERVATION
Big tech is replacing purchased AI with in-house builds, and under cost pressure Claude faces customer churn risk. Anthropic's prospectus admits major customers have no long-term agreements, and cutbacks by Meta and Microsoft could shake its revenue stability. For the industry, AI model competition has entered an internal-replacement phase, and whether in-house tools can absorb the demand is the key.
