PHYSIX OBSERVATION
Tech giants are turning nuclear power from a conceptual procurement item into long-term contracts, directly locking in power sources and new capacity. For the industry, data center power demand is forcing a structural shift in energy supply; for users, the underlying cost of AI service expansion will depend more on clean baseload power, and electricity prices and grid pressure are worth watching.
