PHYSIX OBSERVATION

Tencent is shifting from blanket free access to refined operations segmented by time slots and user groups, aiming to balance compute costs with user retention. Nighttime free access encourages off-peak usage, alleviating congestion while fostering habits. This move signals that large model services are leaving behind crude subsidies and entering a commercialization validation phase centered on efficiency optimization and tiered pricing, requiring users to adapt to new resource acquisition rules.
