PHYSIX OBSERVATION

Chinese automakers are shifting from vehicle exports to local manufacturing in Europe, with plug-in hybrids replacing pure EVs as the main breakthrough. Geely is using Ford's idle plant to quickly gain local-origin status and bypass tariff barriers, but European brand recognition and dealer habits remain hard thresholds. The window is only two to three years; whoever lands first seizes the advantage.
