PHYSIX OBSERVATION

Amazon is expanding Bee from a single wearable into a dual form factor of wearable plus phone accessory, aiming to seize the personal AI entry point with a hardware matrix. The privacy promise and Alexa+ integration are differentiation points, but whether users are willing to carry an extra recording device remains the biggest question. The real signal is: big tech is starting to turn AI memory capabilities into physical hardware, rather than leaving them only in phone apps.
