True Tarot Launches AI Tarot Reading Tool

KEY FACTS

  • True Tarot is a free tarot divination tool that uses the full 78-card deck.
  • Users can pick their own cards and place them in three positions: past, present, and future.
  • The AI interprets all the drawn cards together rather than explaining each one individually.
  • Cards can be upright or reversed, and the deck is reshuffled with every draw.
  • The tool was shared on Hacker News on October 6, 2026.

PHYSIX OBSERVATION

AI tarot tools target emotional companionship and decision-support scenarios, using large models to string multiple cards into a coherent narrative, which feels more immersive than single-card readings. The free model can quickly acquire users, but divination apps are severely homogenized, and long-term retention depends on interpretation quality and community operations.
