KEY DATA
about 61 millionL2 combined driving assistance passenger cars
about 15 millionNOA-capable passenger cars
about 16 millionPassenger cars with 5G terminals
about 2 millionPassenger cars with C-V2X terminals
PHYSIX OBSERVATION
L2 installations have surpassed 60 million, with NOA accounting for about a quarter of them, showing that advanced driver assistance is moving from optional to mainstream. But C-V2X terminals number only 2 million, and the deployment of vehicle-road collaboration clearly lags behind single-vehicle intelligence, leaving connectivity as the weak link. The standards update is a necessary foundation, but the real test is whether roadside upgrades and cross-departmental coordination can keep pace.
