PHYSIX OBSERVATION

FDEs in China may be alienated into high-priced outsourcing, rooted in clients paying by person-day and demanding deliverables rather than capability transfer. If a company only wants implementation engineers, it should not hire under the FDE title. Practitioners should watch whether the platform gives them a voice and evaluates them on results, otherwise even the strongest cannot escape the outsourcing trap.
