More than 2,000 robot controllers have been delivered, but the customer's name has not been announced.

On November 5, Joyson Electronics' official WeChat account disclosed that it has cumulatively produced and delivered more than 2,000 high-computing-power robot controllers, used in the models of a certain leading robotics company.

The chip was not named; it was only described as an "international mainstream high-computing-power chip," with peak computing power of 2070 TOPS.

The number 2070 already appeared in Joyson's product launch release last year.

The following judgments about the chip and the customer's identity are all speculations based on public information; Joyson has not confirmed them.

2070 points to Joyson's Thor controller from last year

On September 18, 2025, Joyson released a full-domain robot controller; its official website stated that it uses NVIDIA Jetson Thor, with computing power of 2070 and a 14-core CPU.

NVIDIA's official website also matches this number. The T5000 module in the Jetson Thor series has a maximum AI computing power of 2070 FP4 TFLOPS, uses the Blackwell architecture, and is equipped with 128GB of memory.

The Thor controller Joyson previously released has the same computing power as reported in this delivery news. Based on this, it is speculated that the chip used in this batch of controllers is NVIDIA Jetson Thor, with specifications matching the T5000 module.

Joyson writes 2070 TOPS, while NVIDIA labels 2070 TFLOPS, counted under FP4 sparse computing. The calculation precision and basis differ, so performance cannot be compared based on computing power numbers alone.

AgiBot G2 also happened to choose Thor

In its semi-annual performance briefing announcement in September 2025, Joyson mentioned domestic partner customers such as AgiBot and Galbot, and disclosed that customized main control boards had been supplied in batches.

AgiBot's official website has an article specifically introducing the chip selection for the Genie G2, announcing that the G2 will use Jetson Thor as its core domain controller.

In the first half of 2025, Joyson and AgiBot also signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly develop and test the robot's "brain and cerebellum" and key components. Joyson makes Thor controllers, the G2 chose Thor, and the two companies are also cooperating to develop robot controllers.

The G2 has also entered Joyson's own factory.

An article by AgiBot in January 2026 introduced that the Genie G2 is already feeding retractor housings at Joyson's safety factory. Earlier, in October 2025, AgiBot had already begun delivering its first batch of commercial robots to Joyson, with a procurement contract worth over 100 million yuan.
