White Rhino has raised a cumulative $100 million in its Series C. On what basis?

Physix Frontier · Company Watch | October 10, 2026

On October 8, White Rhino announced the completion of its C2 round of financing, bringing the total raised across the entire Series C to $100 million. Public reports so far have not disclosed the amount of the C2 round alone, the post-money valuation, or the amount contributed by each institution.
The question is: what business is this money going into, and how far can the publicly available data actually prove?

White Rhino is a company that builds L4 autonomous logistics vehicles. Its securing of a new round of funding means its fundraising continues to advance; but to judge the weight of this financing, one must look separately atthe investors, the delivery volume, and the revenue capability.

This $100 million was not raised all at once in the October C2 round. The May C1 round brought in an unnamed global logistics industry capital fund and Shenzhen Nanshan Strategic Emerging Industry Investment, with existing shareholder Yuanhe Houwang continuing to invest;the October C2 round was led by Hidden Hill Capital under GLP, with Xiangtan State-owned Assets, Hunan Caixin, Korea's Woori Financial Group, and Bozheng Capital participating as followers. Only the two rounds combined equal the $100 million stated in the announcement.

SF Express and Linear Capital were earlier investors. After SF Express first invested in 2024, it added capital three times within about a year;the C2 investor list announced in this round does not include SF Express. Lumping historical follow-on investments together with this round's lead investor would misread the source of the funds.

Hidden Hill Capital has long invested in logistics and supply chain companies, and SF Express is both an existing logistics customer and an investor in White Rhino. These relationships explain why capital would pay attention to autonomous transport capacity, butshareholder resources cannot be directly counted as new orders for White Rhino. This round's funds are planned for technology iteration, urban operations networks, and industry partnerships, while the specific investment and returns remain to be disclosed.

White Rhino has disclosed that it hascumulatively delivered more than 5,000 units of autonomous logistics vehicles and conducts regular operations inmore than 200 cities. What needs to be seen most clearly here is the definition: cumulative deliveries are the total number of vehicles handed over over time, not the number of vehicles currently running every day and generating revenue every day. The scale of autonomous vehicle deployment across SF Express's entire network,
