IsingQ

IsingQ, founded in March 2024 and based in Beijing Yizhuang, is a high-tech company focused on the R&D and industrialization of optoelectronic fusion Ising-specific computing architecture, incubated from original research by the State Key Laboratory of the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Its CEO is Xiao Ye, a post-90s PhD. In September 2026, IsingQ announced the completion of nearly RMB 100 million in funding, led by Shunxi Angel Fund with participation from Jishi Venture Capital, Guoke Venture Capital, and Shenzhicheng. IsingQ is also one of nine co-founding units of the Beijing Quantum-Electronic Fusion Industry Innovation Center.
