Tachin Technology

Tachin Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was founded in early 2020 by Lai Jiancheng, a Stanford postdoctoral researcher, focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of stretchable multimodal flexible electronic skin and embodied tactile perception systems. The company has built three product matrices: full-body robot tactile sensing, full-coverage tactile sensing for dexterous hands, and a tactile glove data acquisition system, while also developing tactile data acquisition, multimodal time synchronization, and tactile model algorithms. In September 2026, it completed a Pre-A++ funding round in the hundred-million-yuan range, co-led by the Beijing Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund and the Beijing New Materials Industry Investment Fund.
