Noematrix was founded in Shanghai in November 2023, incubated by the general-purpose robotics company Flexiv, and focuses on force-centric embodied intelligence foundation models and related infrastructure. Its core product is the Noematrix Brain embodied brain, upgraded to version 2.0 in July 2025 and supported by a model-training platform plus the AirExo and CoMiner data-collection systems, following a force-position hybrid technical route. The company has raised multiple rounds since late 2023: in September 2024 it announced angel and Pre-A rounds totaling several hundred million yuan, it received investment from Alibaba in 2025, and in February 2026 it closed a Series A of several hundred million yuan led by C Capital.
