Thewake Systems

Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Haidian District, Beijing, Thewake Systems builds next-generation AI operators and models through its quantum-fused heterogeneous computing system (QHS). It started with parallel computing system software on classical heterogeneous hardware and later moved into quantum-inspired AI models, releasing RiverONE, a quantum-inspired vision-language model that reaches at least 95% of NVIDIA's comparable performance on a quantum calibration chart-understanding benchmark with 1.9 billion parameters. Its products have entered the computing supply chain, including private deployment delivery and cloud service beta. In September 2026 the company closed a nearly RMB 100 million A+ round.
