MemTensor, incubated by Shanghai Algorithm Innovation Institute, focuses on long-term memory technologies for large models. They aim for low-cost, high-generalization AI with reduced hallucinations. After open-sourcing MemOS in July 2025, the Shanghai firm raised 100 million yuan in Pre-A funding.
