Langxi Technology

Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Shanghai, Langxi Technology develops and industrializes silicon-based passive components, with a core portfolio covering silicon capacitors, silicon resistors and silicon inductors. Its flagship silicon capacitors use semiconductor processes to shrink and integrate capacitance placed close to the main chip, serving AI processors, high-performance computing, high-speed optical modules and server power supplies. The company has moved from early R&D to customer validation, orders and volume delivery, and in September 2026 it closed a nearly RMB 200 million Pre-A+ round, bringing cumulative funding to nearly RMB 300 million.
