InstAdapt

InstAdapt, founded in November 2025 by ShanghaiTech University alumni, provides embodied world model infrastructure for Physical AI. It enables robots to adapt to new environments without retraining from scratch via a full-stack pipeline covering data production and deployment. The startup secured a $10 million seed round in August 2026.
