GMI Cloud is a US-headquartered GPU cloud provider founded about five years ago that supplies enterprise customers with AI compute and inference infrastructure built on NVIDIA-powered servers. On September 30, 2026, the company announced USD 668 million in combined equity and debt financing, with the USD 223 million equity portion led by ARCHIV and joined by NVIDIA. GMI Cloud says its contracted annualized revenue has exceeded USD 600 million.
