Daimeng Robotics, spun out of HKUST’s robotics team and based in Shenzhen, utilizes proprietary monochrome light tactile sensing technology. Established in 2021, they create a complete hardware-data-model ecosystem to develop commercially viable general-purpose humanoid robots with advanced sensory capabilities.
