Dahu Zhiyuan Technology (Beijing Dahu Zhiyuan Technology Co., Ltd.) was founded in December 2023 and focuses on catering robots, commercializing standardized versions of intangible-cultural-heritage foods. Its self-developed Yuanhu AI pancake robot integrates kneading, spreading, flipping and packing to produce a standardized Tianjin-style pancake in three minutes.
