It offers the CN5000 family of SuperNICs and switches plus its Active Compute Fabric architecture, and remains backed by Intel Capital. In September 2026 it raised $205 million in Series C funding led by IAG Capital Partners, and announced a Qualcomm collaboration to expand open-standard scale-up networking.
