BitFantasy, founded in 2025 and headquartered in Xiamen, China, operates the consumer AI/AR smart glasses brand NIMO. Its flagship NIMO glasses weigh only 29 grams, use a volume-holographic waveguide display, and are designed for privacy-first everyday wear with no camera. The first product launched in April 2026, reaching monthly sales of several thousand units, while the company expands offline retail with LOHO and overseas markets. In October 2026, BitFantasy closed a Series Angel round of several hundred million yuan at a post-money valuation of about RMB 1.5 billion.
