Basal Intelligence

Established in 2026 by Tsinghua AIR alumni, Basal Intelligence focuses on edge-side self-evolution for embodied AI. The team leverages In-Context Learning to enable continuous robot improvement without gradient updates or manual maintenance. Their prior X-VLA model won the Zhiyuan Robot Operation Challenge at IROS 2025, demonstrating strong operational capabilities.
